At Comfort Zone, customer satisfaction is of our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the service. We will do our best to address any issues or concerns you may have and find a solution to your satisfaction.

  • All Returns/Refunds will be reviewed before confirming if a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances of your case
  • If a refund is approved, we will issue the refund in the same form as the original payment. (e.g credit card, cheque.)
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process
  • Termination of monthly pre-authorized maintenance programs is to be sent within 30 days’ written notice to our customer service team
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to their account (bank changes, address changes, etc)
