Hakim did an excellent job servicing our oil furnace. Had problems with heat pump and AJ came and fixed the problem and explained things clearly about the heat pump that nobody else ever did,he was great.I haven’t always had good experiences with comfort zone but AJ was great !

Hakim the service rep for Comfort Zone was helpful, explained in detail what the problem was and suggested other tips to help me in the future with my a/c and furnace upkeep. I’ve been very satisfied with my a/c and furnace since I purchased them from Comfort Zone Cobourg. Keep up the great service.

AJ was great! Came on time and was fast and courteous. Comfort Zone's price for cleaning our gas stove was also a surprise -- very reasonable for a service call. Thanks also to Lisa for fitting us in when CZ had so many other calls today.

Our furnace stopped working on a cold January day. We called and a technician named Paras arrived later in the day to diagnose it and he was able to fix it and now we have Heat.
He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the problem we had. A very nice young man. One week later we had Hakim come. A very lovely young man to replace the temporary one put in by Paras.
He too was efficient and knowledgeable. We are happy with the service by both Hakim and Paras.

We had furnace breakdown on Friday last week.
Service came out -ventor motor-ordered and installed 12:00 pm Wednesday. Hakim was our service tech who installed the motor - knowledgeable, efficient and polite. He also talked to us about next steps down the road - (pressure free) as we will be looking at a heat pump next year. Awesome job! From start to finish Comfort Zone responded quickly and communicated well.

Our heat stopped working on December 23rd. Called Comfort Zone and they sent a tech named Hakim. He went above and beyond sourcing a part to fix the furnace so we wouldn’t be without heat over the holidays. Super pleasant, excellent client service.

Comfort Zone was quick to action following my emergency call late Sunday night. They contacted me early Monday and the Technician arrived soon after. Paras was quick to determine the no heat issue and offered two options for me to consider. He was thorough in his explanation and I am considering my options.

Our Bosch hot water unit had been failing to heat when required. Comfort Zone dispatched AJ for the very next day and in short order, after he observed the failure, he was on the phone with Bosch support to run a variety of tests. He provided photos of the unit and its install and relayed to me that a warranty claim was authorized. A new unit is on its way. Hopefully Bosch can get the unit delivered and Comfort Zone can make quick work of the replacement job.
[UPDATE] Bosch eventually supplied the replacement unit and Comfort Zone scheduled the install for Friday morning. In fact Jeremy and Joe were able to come early and made extremely quick work of the removal and replacement. All settings were configured as per the original unit and prolonged tests proved that the new unit (unlike the old) could supply hot water continuously. Many thanks to Jeremy and Joe and the whole Comfort Zone team.

Great service, we just had all of our ducts cleaned out. Sarah and Callum did a wonderful job, they were friendly and professional. Showed us before and after pictures, they were very thorough. Nice to know we will all be breathing in some clean, quality air during the cold winter months and for the next few years to follow.

Comfort zone’s team came in to remove an old oil furnace, oil talk, water tank and AC unit. We have an in floor heat system. They replaced our system with a heat pump, propane furnace back up, and on demand hot water. Josh H quoted to job and easily managed the rebate submission. Chris G, Jeremy, Sarah and Scott were all a pleasure to work with and managed all the work in a timely way. The office staff were fast and easy to work with too. Highly recommend.
