Our Maintenance and Protection Plans include a cleaning and inspection. You can also have peace of mind knowing that you have discounts and reduced service call fees included in your plan. Commercial Rooftop Maintenance Plans

Our commercial rooftop maintenance plans give a 20% discount on labor and parts. Should you need to call one of our expert technicians, you will be given priority service and a discounted rate of $49+ HST for the trip charge. All rooftop maintenance plans are billed monthly with a preauthorized debit agreement and include tax.
