1. Eligibility: This promotion is valid for customers who purchase a new qualifying HVAC system during the promotional period. Eligibility for financing is subject to approved credit. Customers must meet the financing provider’s credit approval requirements to qualify for this offer. 2. Offer Details: Customers who qualify will have the option to defer payments for up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Interest will apply after the deferral period, as per the terms of the financing agreement provided by the lender. This offer applies only to purchases made through the company's approved financing program.

3. Promotion Period: This offer is valid from December 9, 2024, to January 31, 2025. Applications for financing must be submitted and approved within this time frame to qualify for the promotion. 4. Limitations: This offer is limited to one financing deferral per purchase. Substitutions, exchanges, or cash alternatives are not permitted. Only specific HVAC systems qualify for this promotion; the eligibility of the system will be confirmed by the sales representative. 5. Determination of Eligibility: Approval for financing and the 3-month deferral is subject to the lender's credit evaluation process. Customers must provide necessary documentation to support their financing application. 6. Financing Terms: This offer only applies to the deferral of payments for the first 3 months. Customers are responsible for understanding and agreeing to the full terms and conditions of their financing agreement, including interest rates and repayment terms after the deferral period. 7.
