1. Eligibility: This promotion is valid for residential homeowners within the service area of Comfort Zone. Offer is not valid for rental properties, commercial installations, or properties located outside our designated service zones. Eligibility is subject to credit approval through Financeit. 2. Offer Details: Qualified customers who purchase and install a complete high-efficiency heating and cooling system (furnace and air conditioner or heat pump) during the promotional period will receive 0% interest for six (6) months from the date of account opening or installation (whichever occurs first). Minimum monthly payments are required during the promotional period. If a payment is missed, late fees and a higher penalty APR may apply. After the 6-month promotional period ends, standard interest rates as outlined in the financing agreement will apply to any remaining balance. The 0% APR applies to qualifying new purchases only and may not apply to balance transfers or other transactions. This is a true 0% APR offer — interest will only apply to the remaining balance after the promotional period ends. Offer applies to standard residential installations only. Non-standard installations or additional materials may be subject to extra charges. 3. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from November 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Purchase agreements must be signed, and installation must be completed by January 31, 2026, to qualify. 4. Limitations: Offer is valid while equipment and installation capacity remain available. This promotion cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases and cannot be combined with other rebates, discounts, or limited-time offers. Limit one promotional offer per household. 5. Determination of Eligibility: Eligibility is subject to verification by Comfort Zone and approval by Financeit. Customers must ensure safe and accessible installation conditions. If unsafe, non-compliant, or non-standard site conditions are identified, additional charges may apply, or installation may be declined at the installer’s discretion. 6. Non-Transferable: This promotion is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for credit toward future services or products. 7.
