Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This referral program is open to existing residential customers of Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning within the company’s service area. Referrals must be for owner-occupied residential properties only. Rental properties, commercial properties, and properties located outside the service area are not eligible. 2. Promotion Period: This referral promotion runs from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026. Referrals must be submitted, and qualifying installations must be sold and completed within this period to be eligible, unless otherwise approved by Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning. 3. Offer Details: Eligible referrers will receive $100 per qualifying system component when their referral results in the purchase and completed installation of a qualifying heating or cooling system by Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning. A qualifying system component includes major equipment such as a furnace, heat pump, air conditioner, or ductless unit. For example, a full system installation consisting of two qualifying components (e.g., furnace and heat pump) will result in a $200 referral reward. Repairs, maintenance services, accessories, IAQ products, thermostats, and partial upgrades do not qualify. 4. Referral Submission Requirements: To qualify for a referral reward:

• The referrer must provide the referred individual’s full name and contact information to Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning before any estimate, consultation, or booking takes place.
• Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning will contact the referred individual directly to initiate the estimate process.
• Referrals cannot be applied retroactively once an estimate has been booked or a sale is in progress.
• Self-referrals are not permitted.

5. New Customer Requirement: The referred individual must be a new customer to Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning and must not have an existing open estimate, active quote, or previously scheduled installation at the time the referral is submitted. 6. Reward Issuance & Payment Method:
Referral rewards will be issued via e-transfer or gift card, at the discretion of Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning, once:

• The qualifying installation has been completed, and
• The referred customer’s account has been paid in full.

Please allow up to 30 days following installation completion for reward processing. 7. Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals one individual may submit. Only one referral reward per qualifying system component will be issued per installation. Referral rewards may not be combined with other referral incentives, credits, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated. 8. Determination of Eligibility: All referrals, installations, and reward eligibility are subject to verification and approval by Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning. Installations must meet standard safety, access, and compliance requirements. Non-standard conditions, additional labour, or scope changes may affect eligibility. 9. Non-Transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be applied as credit toward future services, purchases, or outstanding balances. 10. Changes to Offer: Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. 11.
