Offer Details: Qualified customers will receive a reduced diagnostic fee of $99 and/or a seasonal system tune-up for $79. The tune-up includes essential checks and adjustments to support system efficiency and reliability. Replacement parts, repairs, or additional services identified during the inspection are not included in this promotional rate and may be subject to additional charges. 3. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from September 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025. Appointments must be scheduled and completed within this period to qualify for the promotional rate. 4. Limitations: Offer is valid while appointment capacity remains available. One promotional diagnostic and one promotional tune-up per household. This promotion cannot be applied retroactively to previous services or combined with other discounts, rebates, or promotional offers. 5.
